We have put in place two measures to relieve operational stresses stemming from increased nuisance bookings from individuals purporting to be first time customers, and thank you in advance for your kind cooperation.

Security Deposit

We ask that you book through our online booking system (Fresha). Our staff will be happy to assist you find the right menu etc. should you run into trouble.

If you wish instead to complete a booking manually through WhatsApp or call, we require a first-time booking deposit of HK$250. 

Free Cancellation Window

For first-time customers, our free cancellation window closes 24 hours prior to your booking. For visits therafter our normal cancellation window will apply.
