MODES OF BOOKING

We accept booking requests via phone and Whatsapp during our operating hours.

We also accept online booking requests 24 hours. We do not currently offer instantly-confirmed online bookings due to the technical difficulty in working around the hair styling team’s bookings.

OUR TURNAROUND TIME

While our reservation team strives to instantly confirm your booking during our operating hours, please kindly note that the team often needs technicians’ input to ensure every customer has a smooth experience and can take several hours, particularly for hair styling bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We accept booking changes and cancellations by phone and Whatsapp up to 18:00 the day prior to your appointment.

Thereafter, late cancellation fees of 50% applies.

For no shows we apply a no show fee of 100%, so please make sure to call in.
