Promotional Discounts for Online Bookings
Due to the technical limitations of our external booking system, we are currently not able to tailor the online discounts to the highest level of accuracy. As such, there are instances where the system allows a discount to be applied where it should not.
While we strive to set the most accurate conditions within the system’s limitations together with description texts, if a booking does not meet the actual promotion conditions (e.g. booking a discounted “combo” promotion item as a standalone service), the discount will be considered invalid. In such cases, we kindly ask for your understanding as the final price will be adjusted at the time of checkout.
As always, bookings via WhatsApp are available. For online bookings, you may also leave a note at the time of booking, or contact us via WhatsApp after completing your reservation if you have any concerns about the validity of the discount or any other question. Our front desk will review and assist accordingly.
