NOTES FOR FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS
We have put in place two measures to relieve operational stresses stemming from increased nuisance bookings from individuals purporting to be first time customers, and thank you in advance for your kind cooperation.
Security Deposit
As of January 2024, we require a first-time booking deposit of HK$250, in order to secure your booking. Persons not wishing to pay a deposit can try to call ahead on the day and walk in, where the booking is not secured.
Free Cancellation Window
For first-time customers, our free cancellation window closes 48 hours prior to your booking. For visits therafter our normal cancellation window will apply.
