NOTES FOR FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS

We have put in place two measures to relieve operational stresses stemming from increased non-genuine bookings from individuals purporting to be first time customers, and thank you in advance for your kind cooperation.

Security Deposit

We ask that you book through our online booking system (Fresha). Our staff will be happy to assist you find the right menu etc. should you run into trouble.

If you wish instead to complete a booking manually through WhatsApp or call, we require a first-time booking deposit of HK$250. 

Free Cancellation Window

For first-time customers, our free cancellation window closes 24 hours prior to your booking. For visits therafter our normal cancellation window will apply. 

Modes of Booking

We accept booking requests via phone and Whatsapp during our operating hours.

We also accept online bookings around the clock. 

Turnaround Time

While our reservation staff strive to respond immediately, for some hair bookings which depend on assistant availability stylist input is required and can sometimes require a waiting time. 

Cancellation Policy

For regular customers, we accept booking changes and cancellations up to 18:00 the day prior to your appointment. Thereafter we charge, based on the value of your menu:

  • Late cancellation fee of 50% 
  • No show fee of 100%
 
We also reserve the right to charge a deposit for subsequent bookings.
