Request Slot

We do not offer instant confirmations

Please take care to note that we do not offer instant confirmations, due to the complexities surrounding our hair bookings. Please look out for a confirmation email or WhatsApp within our operating hours (10:00 – 20:00).

First time customers

Once we confirm your booking slot, we will send you a request to pay the first-time customer security deposit of HK$250. For details of the deposit please refer to this post.

Please therefore make sure that you leave us with a contactable phone number. If you have more than one, please provide your phone number associated with your WhatsApp account. We NEVER disclose or sell your personal information to third parties.

Email Settings

The system will generate and send 1) A request confirmation email, followed, after manual checking by our reservation team, by 2) A booking confirmation or denial email.

So that you properly receive these emails, in the customer interface, please keep the first two email boxes checked. If you wish to not receive our direct emails, please uncheck the last “News and promos” box.

Also, while there is a check box option, SMS notifications are currently not offered outside of North America. 

Staff Designated Bookings

Our reservation team is unable to accurately distinguish between designated and undesignated bookings relating to technicians. By default we will not change the technician shown in your booking request. If you wish to maximize booking availability, please leave a simple memo such as “I’m ok with any staff of this rank (price)” or “I have a 3 hour window”.

Please be mindful that our prices change depending on the technician rank.

Nail & Lash Removals

To ensure we have sufficient time for you, please remember to add “removal add on” if you require removal of the following, regardless of whether it is paid for or included free of charge by promotion.

Nail – Soft gel, hard gel, acrylic

Lash – remaining lashes for first time visitors (i.e. other store removal) or for a fresh new set for repeat visitors

If you do not select this and we have a booking immediately after you, we may need to shorten your nail/lash menu to accomodate the removal time.

Changes & Cancellations

We do not accept changes and cancellations online. For changes and cancellations please call in or WhatsApp us during the free change/cancellation window. Thereafter late cancellation charges arise so please ensure to contact us.

Your registered name

To protect your personal information (phone number) we add to your name a code such as A#12. As this is an important identifier for staff to search for your counseling forms and customer visit notes in future, please do not tamper with it. If we’ve misspelt your name let us know and we’ll fix it right away!
