We offer slots 12 hours to 1 month ahead

If you wish to book on the day, reach out to us by WhatsApp and we will be happy to assist you. 

No slots?

Do reach out to us if you wish to book at a specific time that is not available online. Some slots may be available that may not show online (e.g. for hair, depending on assistant availability). 

First time customers

To minimize non-genuine bookings, which are rare but can cause significant operational disruption, we kindly ask first-time customers to complete their reservation online using their Fresha profile. Our reservation team will be happy to guide you to the appropriate menu selection if needed.

 

If a booking is requested manually via WhatsApp or phone, a one-time deposit of $250 is required. This deposit is fully redeemable against your first bill and fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled or amended at least 24 hours prior. 

Changes & Cancellations

You can manage your booking online up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

For first time customers, you can also reach out via WhatsApp or call up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. For regular customers, the free change / cancellation window is available till 18:00 the day prior to your appointment, through WhatsApp or call. 

Thereafter late cancellation charges arise so please ensure to contact us.

Carte Blanche reserves the right to charge a deposit for subsequent appointments for customers with an incidence of late cancellation or no-show.
