Service Resumption and LeaveHomeSafe app

Thank you for your continued patronage of Carte Blanche.

Service Resumption

The government restrictions on “beauty parlors” that was in place for 70 days since December will expire today, and accordingly, our nail, eyelash extension and eyebrow styling services will resume tomorrow Thursday February 18.

Once again, the furloughed team members will be back to join their hair styling colleagues, to look after your nail, lash and brows!

Please note that on top of existing mandatory measures, the following two additional measures were announced early this morning.

■Fortnightly covid-19 testing of relevant staff.

■Scanning of the StayHomeSafe QR code or visitor registration for all customers.

We of course adhere to the highest hygiene standards as standard operational practice, and have also ensured full compliance with every new requirement as and when they arise.

Customer Registration

As mentioned above, all customers will be required by law to log in from tomorrow to enable contact tracing.

You may log in by one of two methods:

Method 1: Scan our QR code displayed on our front desk upon entry. We suggest you to obtain the LeaveHomeSafe app prior to your visit. Download app here. (*)

Method 2: If you do not have the app, leave your name, number, and sign in and out on the visitor registration form (paper). (**)

(*) If you scan a QR code at another facility before visiting us, choose the “auto exit” option, and enter Carte Blanche before the time lapses, you may experience trouble logging in. Make sure you have logged out from other facilities.

(**) As of this morning when we called to ask if our digital appointment system will suffice as the visitor registration, the Centre for Health Protection clarified it had not received sufficient instruction from the government. We will continue to monitor the situation to make your experience as seemless as possible.

We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Ending Home Services

Concomitant with the full resumption of all services, we will be ending the home services that we were offering to our regular customers.

Our usual home service with a home service premium charge remains unaffected.

Package validity extension

Customers with point packages will have their package expirations automatically extended 1 month for the 28-day suspension of April/May1.5 months for the 44-day suspension of July/August, and 2.5 months for the 70-day suspension of Dec/Jan/Feb (maximum 5 months) as relevant.

Opening Hours

As also announced in August,

we will continue to suspend our extended weekday working hours.

Our opening hours will remain 10:30~20:00 for every day of the week for the foreseeable future, and until further notice.

Thank you for your kind understanding.
