Effective November 17, Vaccine Pass requirements will be partially relaxed.
Due to Carte Blanche being a total beauty salon, categorized as both “beauty parlor” and “barber” under the ordinance Cap. 599F, we have clarified with the Centre for Health Protection that entry requirements will depend on the nature of your booking.
■Customers with Hair only bookings
We will transition to “Passive Checking” mode.
You will be required to sign in through the Leave Home Safe app, after which you will be permitted entry. Under Passive Checking mode, our staff will not scan your QR code to check.
Customers can enter with Amber Code if fully vaccinated.
Customers with Amber Code but not fully vaccinated cannot enter. Please note that should you wrongly enter our premises, legal consequences, if any, will fall on individual customers.
■Customers with all other bookings
We are required to continue “Active Checking”.
You will be required to sign in through the Leave Home Safe app, and our staff will be required to scan your QR code for checking.
Customers displaying Amber Code will not be permitted entry regardless of vaccination status.
