■ Valid weekdays only.
■ Blackout dates on January 29～February 9 and December 11~December 24.
■ For rack rates please refer to our Services page. We also have a large number of services not listed. Please feel free to ask our reservation staff.
■ Our coupon system is in place to avoid billing mistakes. Even when you mentioned the use of the promotion at the time of booking, please present the coupon to your technician upon arrival.
■ Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless otherwise stated. Please also check out our latest offers that we announce monthly.
■ To reduce operational stresses caused by first time customer no-shows, from January 2024, we will require a $250 deposit per person at time of first booking to secure your booking through a payment link. The deposit will be used against payment on your first visit. Moreover, the deposit is fully refundable upon cancellation provided you Whatsapp/email us for cancellation 48 hours prior to your first booking.
■ For regular customers, changes and cancellations are accepted free of charge to 18:00 the day prior to your booking. Changes thereafter will incur a cancellation charge at 50% of value of booking, no shows at 100% of value of booking.
