LASH TINT PROMOTION

As we have received many inquiries in recent months, we’ve finally created a promotion 
At Carte Blanche, we have two types of tints 
TYPE 1: Traditional tint for those with overall light-colored lashes, such as naturally blonde hair. This results in a very obvious mascara and eyeliner effect.
TYPE 2: Developed for dark-lashed Asians, but for those with thin and light-colored or transparent lash tips. Although not as dramatic, this also has a mascara and eyeliner effect enhancing your eye zone.
If you already have dark and thick healthy lashes, you absolutely do not need a tint
