As most of you will be aware, the Third Phase of the Vaccine Pass is now in force.

In order to enter Carte Blanche which is a scheduled premises regulated by Cap 599G, customers 12 years and older are required to be scanned for temperature as well as, in principle, having proof of three dosages of vaccinations.

Main exemptions are as follows:

■Persons whose second vaccination dosage is within 6 months.

■Persons with a Medical Exemption QR Code. (Please note that a medical certificate without a QR code that is not uploadable to the Leave Home Safe app is not recognized).

Due to heavy penalties for non-compliance, regrettably, we are unable to admit entry to persons not meeting the above requirement for whatever reason.

Please ensure that you have the requisite data uploaded to your Leave Home Safe app, and to bring along your smartphone with you.
